Survey, in English and Spanish, to Help Identify Priorities, COVID-19 Initiatives, Budget Options

The Mayor and Council will discuss their Fiscal Year 2022 budget priorities during a work session in December and want to hear from community members about their priorities.

Public participation in the budget process is a high priority for the Mayor and Council and city staff. A budget survey, in English and Spanish, at allows community members to identify their top budget priorities, initiatives for reducing the negative impacts of COVID-19 and options for maintaining a balanced budget. The public response to the survey will provide valuable input to the Mayor and Council for their FY22 budget discussions.

Rockville’s adopted operating budget for the current fiscal year totals $140.2 million.
