City Hall to Close for Memorial Day

Rockville City Hall and most city facilities will be closed Monday, May 29 for Memorial Day.

Recycling, yard waste and refuse collection will be made one day later throughout the week. Find more information at www.rockvillemd.gov/recycling-refuse.

The following Rockville facilities are closed May 29:

  • Croydon Creek Nature Ctr.
  • F. Scott Fitzgerald Theatre and box office. Tickets are available at www.rockvillemd.gov/theatre.
  • Glenview Mansion, including the mansion’s art gallery.
  • Lincoln Park, Thomas Farm and Twinbrook community centers.
  • Rockville Senior Center. The Rockville Swim and Fitness Center’s indoor pool and fitness center will be open 11 a.m.-9 p.m. The outdoor pools open at noon. Due to the city’s Memorial Day parade, access to Martins Lane and the center’s parking lot will be restricted until after noon. Visit www.rockvillemd.gov/swimcenter for pool schedules.

Parking fees at city-owned meters will be suspended for the day.
