Tell Us About Our Good Neighbors

Rockville is a city of good neighbors. The city is seeking nominations, through 5 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 15, for its Good Neighbor Awards. The program recognizes adults or youth who are unselfishly giving back and improving the quality of life in their neighborhoods through good deeds or community service.

The 2017 honorees included community members who beautified their neighborhoods, cleared snow for neighbors, volunteered for community organizations and looked out for their neighbors. To learn more about them, visit RockvilleReports.com/rockville-recognizes-good-neighbors-who-lend-helping-hands.

Award nominees cannot be employed by the City of Rockville, must be a City of Rockville resident and must have made a significant contribution to an individual or their community during the 2018 calendar year. Recipients are scheduled to be honored at the Mayor and Council meeting on Monday, Dec. 3.
