City of Rockville, MarylandRockville, with 1,379 new residents, was the fastest-growing of Maryland’s 157 incorporated cities from July 1, 2014-July 1, 2015, according to the U.S. Census Bureau.

Rockville was followed by Frederick: 1,148; Gaithersburg: 645.; Annapolis: 634 and Bowie: 433. Baltimore is Maryland’s most populous city (621,849 residents), followed by Frederick (69,479), Gaithersburg (67,456), Rockville (66,980) and Bowie (58,025). Learn more at www.rockvillemd.gov/trends.
