Your Heart, Your Life Series. Session 3: Say Yes to Physical Activity: By the end of this free virtual third session, group members will have learned: why physical activity is good for heart and overall health; why physically active duration may vary for adults, adolescents and children; the benefits of brisk walking; and fitting physical activity into busy a schedule.
