Memory Screenings
A nurse from Visiting Angels will give screenings for memory. The Alzheimer’s Association will also be available.

Offers the tools to focus, relax and come to a more peaceful sense of being, with time for meditation and discussion.

Join Dr. Carlos Martinez of CAM Physical Therapy and learn safety tips to prevent falls at home.

An introduction to heart disease and stroke, including definitions, warning signs of arrythmia, atrial fibrillation, coronary heart disease, heart attack and stroke. Presented by Circle of Rights.

Better Breather’s Club
Educational topics and tips for lung disease and breathing issues in coordination with the American Lung Association. Meetings are held the third Thursday of the month.

Activities for People with Dementia and Memory Problems
This workshop helps with skill sets that provide daily activities for loved ones with memory problems. Presented by Maria Khadar, nurse and director of JK House of Grace.
