Get to Know Rockville

Learn about Rockville through a program that gives community members the opportunity to learn from City of Rockville senior staff who oversee the city’s daily operations.

The highly interactive Rockville City Academy, presented this spring, will include the opportunity to:

  • Hear from City Manager Rob DiSpirito.
  • Tour city parks and public works facilities.
  • Learn about development in the city.
  • Discover how to get involved in the community.

The program will be held from 7-9 p.m. Thursdays, April 27, May 11, 25 and June 1 at City Hall, 111 Maryland Ave. Participants will tour city parks and public works facilities from 9 a.m.-noon Saturdays, May 6 and 20 and will be recognized at the Mayor and Council meeting on Monday, June 5.

Spaces are limited. Participants must be 16 or older and live or work in Rockville.
