The State of the City is Strong and Growing

Mayor Bridget Donnell Newton and City Manager Rob DiSpirito discussed the state of the City of Rockville, and its economy, during a conversation hosted by the Rockville Chamber of Commerce on Sept. 13 at the F. Scott Fitzgerald Theatre. Newton highlighted the economic development incentive policy that the city is working on with the chamber and Rockville Economic Development, Inc. “Those are the things that we can do that say ‘We are open, welcome, ready for business.’ And that’s what we want to be,” she said.
