Historic Tax Credits

Rockville’s Historic District Commission takes part in the county’s preservation tax credit program to help owners of historic properties with maintenance expenses for the exterior of their buildings.

To learn more about the HDC and tax credit programs at the county, state or federal level, or for an application, visit www.rockvillemd.gov/historic. Applications should be postmarked by April 2.
