The F. Scott Fitzgerald Literary Festival returns in October for its 22nd year to honor Pulitzer Prize-winning novelist Richard Russo with the F. Scott Fitzgerald Award for Outstanding Achievement in American Literature.
Russo will conduct a master class, as well as a reading and book signing. Other highlights include a film screening of “Nobody’s Fool” (1994), based on Russo’s novel of the same name; a panel discussion with Eleanor Lanahan, Cecilia Ross and Blake Hazard, F. Scott and Zelda Fitzgerald’s granddaughters and great granddaughter; a bus tour of Fitzgerald’s haunts in Rockville; and fiction and nonfiction writing workshops.
