Update on the Coronavirus (COVID-19)

City officials are coordinating with county and state health agencies to plan, prepare and respond, and we’ve mobilized our emergency management team.

Right now, it’s business as usual in Rockville. Services, such as recycling and trash collection, and events, programs and activities continue as scheduled.

We are constantly monitoring and evaluating, however, and if this changes, we’ll notify you.

For the latest city-related information, should anything change, we recommend following the City of Rockville on social media (NextdoorFacebook and Twitter) visiting our website at www.rockvillemd.gov, or signing up for Alert Rockville.

Want to know what you can do to help? The Centers for Disease Control and prevention has resources for households, so you can prepare and respond.

Rest assured, the employees of Rockville are keeping a close watch on the situation.
