The Rockville City Police Department hosted a town hall meeting about public safety in Rockville on June 23 at F. Scott Fitzgerald Theatre. Chief Victor V. Brito and RCPD officers were joined by representatives from the Montgomery County Police Department 1st District, Metro Transit Police Department, and City of Rockville senior staff for a 90-minute-long conversation. They answered questions from community members about traffic, pedestrian safety, gun violence, police accountability and recruitment, and more.
