All the Puppers in the Pool for Doggie Dip Day

Pooches can paddle in the pool this month, at the Rockville Swim and Fitness Center’s 2018 Doggie Dip Day! Puppers get to pool party for only $5 per pooch at one of the city’s most-sought-after doggie meet-and-greet events. (Humans, you can enter for free, but won’t be allowed in the water due to health and safety reasons.) Proof of a current rabies vaccination (either a certificate of vaccination or veterinarian’s letter) is required for entry (for your dog, not you). Dogs without won’t be allowed to enter.

This year, donations will be collected for Rockville’s Youth Recreation Fund and the Humane Society. Vendors of dog-related products will be at the event, selling merchandise and providing information.

Doggie Dip Day will be held rain or shine, noon-4 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 8, at Rockville Swim and Fitness Center, 355 Martins Lane. For more information, or to find out how to be a vendor, email [email protected] or call 240-314-8750.
