Beat the Water with Swim Center Triathlon Training

Triathletes can boost their swimming strength with two Rockville Swim and Fitness Center programs geared specifically to the open-water component of a triathlon.

Beginners to world-class triathletes can take part. Register with the course number listed below at www.rockvillemd.gov/registration.

  • Triathlon Swim Skills: 8:05-8:55 a.m. Sundays, from March 4-April 22 (no classes on Sunday, April 1); course #2998.
  • Triathlete Swim Endurance: 7-8:30 p.m. Sundays, from March 4-April 22 (no classes on Sunday, April 1); course #3576.
