This ancient healing art helps balance the body’s energy and promotes optimum health and healing. Simple self-help will be taught for daily maintenance and to help issues such as stress, tiredness and insomnia, and preventing colds, stomach aches, pain, breathing problems and much more. Register with course #6957. The cost is $30 for members and $40 for nonmembers. - Stress-Reduction Meditation. 1-2 p.m. Ongoing on Mondays until Nov. 19.
