57th Annual Show Offers Free, Family-Friendly Fun
Rockville’s 57th annual Antique and Classic Car Show rolls into Rockville Civic Center Park from 11 a.m.-3:30 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 20.
The free show – one of the oldest and the largest in the mid-Atlantic region – will feature more than 500 vehicles, a car-related flea market, a car sales area and live music. There will be a moon bounce at the rear of the park in the parking lot of Croydon Creek Nature Center, which will be open to visitors.
The hills of Rockville Civic Center Park, home to the historic Glenview Mansion at 603 Edmonston Drive, offer a picturesque fall setting for a stroll through a lineup of vehicles from 33 car clubs, from Packard to Plymouth to Ferrari.
The show is the premier non-judged motor vehicle show in the region, offering the chance to share memories of classic cars of yesteryear. The theme of this year’s show is brass-era cars.
