Climate Solutions Speaker Session: Outreach and Restoration Grant Program

Does your organization have a green project in the works? Learn how your nonprofit, faith-based group, homeowners association or community organization can apply for grant funds through the Chesapeake Bay Trust’s Outreach and Restoration Grant Program in the latest installment of Rockville’s Climate Solutions Speaker Series.

The webinar, from 7-8 p.m. Tuesday, June 4 on Zoom, will cover the grant program’s goals and priority areas, how and when to apply, and tips for crafting a strong application.

The Outreach and Restoration Grant Program is a competitive water quality grant program that funds projects to reduce storm-water pollution and protect natural resources. Examples include permeable pavers and pavements, native landscaping, large-scale tree plantings, community outreach and engagement in reducing pollution, and environmental and sustainability projects that assist or benefit under-served communities.
