German-themed Vendors Wanted for Rocktobierfest

The city is seeking vendors, especially of German-themed food and crafts, for the city’s Rocktobierfest celebration from noon-6 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 7 in Rockville Town Center.

The free festival, which will coincide with the visit of a delegation from Pinneberg, Germany to mark 60 years as Rockville’s sister city, will feature local breweries and two stages of music, including the German polka of Mike Surratt and The Continentals. Tents for breweries and vendors will be set up along Maryland Avenue, within walking distance of the Rockville Metro station.
