The Rockville Swim and Fitness Center’s outdoor recreation pool, complete with large slide, sprayground and tot pool, will open for the season on Memorial Day weekend (Saturday, May 25).
The outdoor fitness pool will open in May. Spring’s unpredictable weather means the exact date for the official first day for the fitness pool is still developing.
Plan ahead for your visit. Renovation and expansion work at the center means the lobby and locker rooms will be closed, so make sure to enter from the outdoor pool entrance. Most of the work will take place over the summer months when customers can use the outdoor bathhouse while the indoor locker rooms are closed.
