Bring local farm-fresh fall flavor to your Thanksgiving dinner table this month with produce from regional growers/producers on the final four Saturdays of the Rockville Farmers Market.
The market offers fruits and vegetables, plants and flowers, herbs, baked goods, cheese, knife sharpening, meat and coffee.
It is open from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. on Saturdays, through Nov. 23 in the jury parking lot at the corner of East Jefferson (MD 28) and Monroe streets in Rockville Town Center.
The market participates in the Maryland Market Money Program. The program helps provide greater access to fresh fruits and vegetables for customers using the Farmers Market Nutrition Program; the Women, Infants, and Children Fruit and Vegetable Check Program; and the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP). Participants’ benefits are matched up to $5 each week while funds are available. Organizations or individuals wishing to contribute to the Maryland Market Money program should email [email protected].
