Health and Wellness, Coming Up at the Senior Center

Stay home and stay well with free online seminars from the Rockville Senior Center in July and August.

Stress Reduction/Meditation
Tools to focus, relax, and come to a more peaceful sense of being with meditation and discussion. Course #19035, Monday, June 28-Aug. 30. Members, $30; nonmembers, $40.

Basic First Aid: Summer Edition
Discuss basic first aid and treatments for summer injuries, including sunburn, insect bites and stings, and heat-related injuries. Presented by Adventist HealthCare. Course #19069. Tuesday, July 13.

COVID-19 and Caregiving

Caring for the Caregiver/Taking Care of Yourself
