Arthritis: “Why Do My Joints Hurt?”

Aphasia Support Group

A group that aims to help stroke survivors, particularly those with aphasia, overcome social isolation through guided communication activities that include arts and crafts, music and board games,
to enhance their conversational abilities in a supportive environment. Register with course #31244. Thursdays, May 9 and June 13. 1:30-2:30 p.m.

Better Breather’s Club

A monthly meeting, featuring presentations on relevant topics and shared tips for respiratory issues.

Stroke Prevention Webinar

Protect yourself and loved ones from stroke by understanding and controlling the risks. Leila Thomas, a stroke research registered nurse with the NIH stroke program at Suburban Hospital, discusses risk factors and prevention strategies. Boost Your Bone Health

With age, bones tend to shrink in size and density, making them weaker and more likely to fracture. Join Dr. Michele F.
