Total Hip and Knee Replacement
Dr. Carlos A. Martinez, owner of CAM Physical Therapy and Wellness Services, LLC, will discuss what to expect before and after surgery, from rehabilitation to your return to function, hip and knee anatomy, how a physical therapist can help, and strategies to improve daily living. Common Neuromuscular and Musculoskeletal Pain Syndromes: Part 2
Dr. Mehrdad Michael Massumi, of Massumi Associates for Pain and Rehabilitation, will discuss basic anatomy and pathology of common neuromuscular and musculoskeletal pain, and treatments specifically for the torso, abdomen and lower extremities. Course #17753, Wednesday, April 14, 1-2:30 p.m.

Essential Oils Can Help Manage Stress and Anxiety
Learn how the ancient art of aromatherapy and essential oils can help us stay centered and calm, and a few simple self-care techniques for which essential oil is optional. Presented by Adrienne Hausman of Adrienne’s Aromas. Course #17779, Tuesday, April 20, 1-2 p.m.
