Total Hip and Knee Replacement
Dr. Carlos Martinez discusses what to expect before and after surgery, and will review the anatomy of hips and knees, total hip and knee replacement, how a physical therapist can help, and strategies to improve daily living.

Your Hearing and Tinnitus
Ninety percent of people with tinnitus have hearing loss. Learn what tinnitus is, what causes it and treatments. Presented by doctors Glenn Elms and Richard Gomes, audiologists with Live Better Hearing.

Better Breather’s Club
The club will hold a holiday party. 1-2 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 21. Free.

Food Distribution
The Mobile Market returns 2-4 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 14, to the back parking lot of the Rockville Senior Center.

The Capital Area Food Bank Mobile Market program provides fresh produce to local communities in need, free of charge.

Intended to support members of the community at risk of hunger, there are no income requirements or other qualifications — food is provided to anyone who attends a Mobile Market distribution.
