Movies in the Parks 2023 listing

Mark your summer entertainment calendar for Rockville’s free outdoor Movies in the Parks, on the big screen at neighborhood parks throughout the city on Wednesdays in August.

Bring chairs, blankets, food and nonalcoholic beverages and enjoy four family-friendly movies at four different neighborhood parks. Movies begin at dusk (approximately 8 p.m.) and are free.

The 2023 schedule is:

  • “The Boss Baby” (Rated PG) on Aug. 2, at Potomac Woods Park, 1380 Stratton Drive.
  • “The Secret Life of Pets” (PG) on Aug. 9, at Woodley Gardens Park, 900 Nelson St.
  • “Cool Runnings” (PG) on Aug. 16, at Montrose Park, 451 Congressional Lane.
  • “Raya and the Last Dragon” (PG) on Aug. 23, at Maryvale Park, 812 First St.
