The Mayor and Council presented a proclamation Oct. 22 to Rockville Chamber of Commerce President and CEO Marji Graf celebrating small businesses and the contributions they make to the Rockville economy and community. The proclamation set aside Saturday, Nov. 24 – the Saturday following Thanksgiving – as Small Business Saturday in Rockville.
