City Hall and the following city facilities will be closed: Lincoln Park, Thomas Farm and Twinbrook community centers; the Rockville Skate Park; Rockville Senior Center; Croydon Creek Nature Center and the F. Scott Fitzgerald Theatre plus box office; and Glenview Mansion.
