Welcome in the New Year and stay healthy and informed with seminars from the Rockville Senior Center in January.

Anti-Aging and Longevity Dr. Carlos Martinez of CAM Physical Therapy, provides tips to boost health as you age. Many factors can influence healthy aging. Research shows making small daily changes can help you live longer. Register with course #24963. Wednesday, Jan. 4. Hybrid. 

Better Breather’s Club facilitated by an American Lung Association instructor, the club meets monthly and features educational presentations about better breathing and lung issues. Register with course #24075. Thursday, Jan. 19. In person.

Stress Reduction/ Meditation Tools to focus, relax and come to a more peaceful sense of being, with time for both discussion and meditation. This class emphasizes mindfulness and presence. Register with course #24949. Mondays Jan. 9-March 27. $30 members/$40 nonmembers. Hybrid.

Best Foot Forward – Learn about common problems that can affect your mobility and comfort from Dr. David Engorn as he discusses foot and ankle conditions. Q&A follows. Register with course #24969. Thursday, Jan. 26. Virtual only.
