Stay healthy and informed with seminars from the Rockville Senior Center in December.

Diabetes Management and Healthy Eating
Join Dr. Carlos Martinez of CAM Physical Therapy to learn how to prevent and manage diabetes through exercise and healthy eating.

The Practice of Being Grateful
Reflect on 2022 and learn how introspection, affirmation and hope can set the tone for a wonderful new year. Discuss ways to appreciate the world around you and how the practice of being grateful can help you toward a deeper connection to living. Presented by Adventist HealthCare.

Better Breather’s Club
Educational presentations on relevant topics for respiratory and lung issues, facilitated by an American Lung Association instructor. Meets on the third Thursday of each month.
