March is Women’s History Month in Rockville

The Mayor and Council are scheduled to proclaim March as Women’s History Month at their Monday, March 3 meeting, which begins at 5:30 p.m. 

The 2025 theme for the month, “Moving Forward Together! Women Educating & Inspiring Generations,” focuses on women in the past and present who have influenced and inspired others by dedicating their lives to education, mentorship and leadership. 

Find a video the day after the proclamation on Rockville 11’s YouTube channel, www.youtube.com/cityofrockville, or tune in to channel 11 on county cable on the night to watch live.
