Rockville City Hall and some city facilities will be closed Monday, May 26 for Memorial Day and Thursday, June 19 as the city observes Juneteenth.
During the week of May 26, all recycling, trash and yard waste collections will be made one day later than usual. During the Juneteenth holiday week, Thursday collections will occur one day later than usual. Find more information at rockvillemd.gov/recycling-trash.
The following facilities will be closed May 26 and June 19: Rockville Senior Center; Lincoln Park, Thomas Farm and Twinbrook community centers; Croydon Creek Nature Center; Glenview Mansion and the Rockville Civic Center business office; and the F. The Rockville Skate Park will be open and the Rockville Swim and Fitness Center will operate on a modified schedule on May 26 and June 19. Due to the city’s Memorial Day parade, access to the center’s parking lot will be restricted until after noon on May 26.
