Memorial Day Parade Participants Wanted

*The application deadline has been extended to Wednesday, April 12.

The city’s 79th annual Memorial Day Ceremony and Parade will take place from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Monday, May 29, in Rockville Town Center.

Applications to participate in the parade are available at www.rockvillemd.gov/2402/Memorial-Day-Ceremony-and-Parade and must be submitted by Friday, March 31.

The parade and ceremony will cap off a weekend that includes the Hometown Holidays Music Fest at RedGate Park. The annual free festival will feature two stages of entertainment, the Taste of Rockville and activities for kids, from 11 a.m.-7 p.m. Saturday, May 27 and Sunday, May 28.
