Applications will open soon for a new grant for local organizations that partner with Rockville to support community services and enrichment programs that benefit city residents and visitors.
The Community Services and Enrichment Grant Program will make the application process easier and more efficient for applicants and for the city.
Local nonprofit community organizations are encouraged to apply.
The amount of funding for the grant program will be about $1.2 million. Grants will be awarded to about 35 applicants.
Applications are now open. The deadline to apply is Friday, Nov. 1.
