New Recreation Guide Due Out Aug. 1

Look out for the fall recreation guide, “Rockville Life,” from the City of Rockville, due out Aug. 1.

The guide is packed with programs, courses and events for those who live and work in the city (or who are just visiting), for all ages, including sports, arts, before- and after-school care, and health and fitness.

Fall registration begins:

  • Tuesday, Aug. 1 for Rockville Swim and Fitness Center members.
  • Wednesday, Aug. 2 for anyone wishing to register for youth and adult programs.
  • Tuesday, Aug. 15 for 60+ programs for Rockville Senior Center members and residents age 60 and older.
  • Thursday, Aug. 17: for 60+ programs for residents and nonresidents 60 and older.

See the guide online, beginning Aug. 1, at www.rockvillemd.gov/guide, with printed copies available at City Hall, community centers and other facilities.
