Diabetes: Key Steps
to Nutrition and Active Living
Learn to read nutrition labels, understand portion versus serving size, the impact of activity on glucose levels and general nutrition. Taught by a diabetes health educator from Adventist HealthCare. Register with course #24084. 1-2 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 15.

Better Breathers Club
Features educational presentations on topics that include how lung disease affects your lungs, breathing techniques, exercise, treatment and more. Facilitated by an American Lung Association instructor.
Meets third Thursday of each month. Register with course #24074. 1-2 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 17.

Osteoporosis 101: Boning Up on the Basics
Fractures and bone weakness become a reality as you age. In this virtual session, Dr. Kendell Moseley, an endocrinologist, will guide you on how to maintain optimal bone health, and discuss prevention strategies and treatment options. Register with course #24606. 1-2 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 17.
