The City’s Annual Celebration Offers Beer, Music and Cooking Demos

The city’s annual Rocktobierfest is going virtual. From the comfort of your home, enjoy a beer tasting featuring brews from local breweries, German music and cooking demonstrations.

Enjoy beer, food and music from home with the 2020 virtual celebration of Rocktobierfest.

The virtual celebration posts at 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 3 on the City of Rockville Rocktobierfest page on Facebook and at www.rockvillemd.gov/rocktobierfest.

It will include musical performances by Mike Surratt and the Continentals and the Rockville German Band. Also, catch cooking demos featuring Chef Eng from Silo Falls and Chef Planas from Botanero.

Order your Rocktobierfest variety pack by Friday, Sept. 25. The pack includes one beer each from True Respite Brewing Co., 7 Locks Brewing, Silver Branch Brewing Co. and Waredaca Brewing.
