Priorities and Public Participation

Public participation in the budget process is a high priority for the Mayor and Council and city staff.

The community budget priorities survey at www.rockvillemd.gov/budget is available in simplified Chinese, French, Korean and Spanish, as well as English. Survey responses provide valuable input to the Mayor and Council for their budget discussions.

Community members will also have an opportunity to express their budget priorities during public hearings this spring.

Learn more about the proposed Fiscal Year 2025 budget and the FY 2025-FY 2029 Capital Improvements Program, including how and when to testify at upcoming public hearings at www.rockvillemd.gov/budget.
