From 1-2 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 20, Adventist HealthCare will discuss tips and coping strategies to combat loneliness and keep the mind engaged at this free session. Register with course number #14974.

Back Pain and Sciatica
Dr. Carlos Martinez, from CAM Physical Therapy & Wellness Services, will discuss how back pain and sciatica affect the body, the causes of back pain, the anatomy of the back, and strategies to manage pain.
