Register Now for Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Access Training

The city’s Human Rights Commission presents its annual IDEA Leadership Workshop for students from 10 a.m-2 p.m. Saturday, April 23.  

The IDEA — which stands for Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Access — Leadership Workshop is open to students living in and/or attending Rockville-area high schools or Montgomery College, Rockville Campus. The dynamic, interactive online training will provide students with tools to recognize prejudice, stereotypes, and bias; navigate difficult situations with an understanding of diverse populations; and foster an environment of inclusion and belonging in and outside of their schools.  

Student Service Learning credits will be offered.
