Thank you to community members who took part in a week of service across Montgomery County around last month’s Martin Luther King Jr. Day celebrations, including the more than 200 people participating in activities here in the City of Rockville. Activities included these Weed Warriors (above) who pulled invasive plants at RedGate Park, cleanups of a trail at Croydon Creek Nature Center, a self-guided neighborhood cleanup, making blankets for sick children and creating masks or scarves for needy families.
