Rockville Charges Ahead with New EV Stations

EV Chargers

Electric vehicle drivers have more options for charging up across Rockville with the unveiling of four new Level 2 chargers at Mattie J.T. Stepanek Park in October.

In April, Pepco officials joined city officials to cut a ribbon on two publicly available charging stations on Vinson Street adjacent City Hall. And the city’s partnership with Pepco means a new DC fast charger will soon be operational at Thomas Farm Community Center, 700 Fallsgrove Drive, where two Level 2 chargers and one DC fast charger already exist.
