Rockville Provides Need-to-Know Information for Tenants and Landlords During COVID-19 Emergency

The City of Rockville is recommending several online resources to help rental property managers and owners combat the spread of COVID-19.

Owners and managers of all multifamily properties can use the following information to help residents stay safe and healthy, and know their rights during the emergency:

Rental property managers and owners will receive a letter with that information directly from Rockville City Manager Rob DiSpirito.
