Centers to Open with Limited Hours/Amenities, by Appointment
The City of Rockville will begin to reopen its community centers, Monday, March 29, providing limited hours and amenities, by appointment, for members and city residents.
Twinbrook Community Recreation Center, at 12920 Twinbrook Parkway, will open Monday, March 29; Thomas Farm Community Center, at 700 Fallsgrove Road, will open Tuesday, April 6; and Lincoln Park Community Center, at 357 Frederick Ave., will open Monday, April 12.
Advanced reservations will be required at each center. Reservations are now open for Twinbrook, and will be available for Thomas Farm on April 2 and Lincoln Park on April 8.
The centers will follow federal, state and local COVID-19 health and safety guidelines: Face coverings will be required, as will physical distancing of 6 feet or more. Hand sanitizer will be available throughout each center. Frequent cleaning and sanitizing measures will be in place to protect customers and staff.
