Spring is Here, and it’s Time to Swim

Spring and summer swimming lessons for small children to adults are now available at the Rockville Swim and Fitness Center.

“One of the most amazing things to learn to do as an individual is to learn how to be safe in the water,” Swim and Fitness Center Superintendent Adam Goldstein told Rockville 11. “It truly is something that will carry with you for the rest of your life.”

Swim programs run in the mornings, daytime and evenings. The center has two indoor pools, as well as a fitness room, open seven days a week.  Check the facility’s website at www.rockvillemd.gov/swimcenter for program and drop-in hours.

“Whether you prefer to exercise on land or in the pool, we’ve got something for you,” Goldstein said.
