Spring Sports — Now Registering

Youth baseball, T-ball and tennis, adult softball and volleyball and soccer are just a few of the sports all ages can take part in this spring with the City of Rockville. Registration for spring sports leagues for youth and adults is currently open.

Kids can take part in:

  • T-ball (ages 4-6).
  • Co-rec (boys and girls) coach-pitch baseball (ages 7-9).
  • Co-rec soccer (pre-K through grade 3).
  • Co-rec track and field (ages 6-14).


Each league has one practice per week and a game or meet once a week. T-ball and coach- pitch baseball play games on Saturdays. Soccer games are on Sundays. Track and field meets are on Wednesdays.

Register for soccer, T-ball and coach-pitch baseball by March 1 to save $10. The final registration deadline is Wednesday, March 8. Register for track and field by March 3 and save $10, with a final deadline of Friday, March 10. Practices for each youth league begins at the end of March with games or meets beginning in mid-April.

Adults can take part in men’s softball or basketball, co-rec reverse softball (men bat in a reverse stance), co-rec volleyball or co-rec soccer sevens. Also, new this year, is co-rec sand volleyball.

Registration deadlines for adult league players and teams are in late March and early April.
