About 25 honors students from De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde, located in the Philippines, came to Rockville on April 17 to learn about American governance and public administration. The students, part of a student government program, had the opportunity to ask questions of Rockville Mayor Bridget Donnell Newton (front row, right) and Montgomery County Councilmember Sidney Katz, who represents Rockville (front row, left).
