Swimmers playing in a pool at the Rockville Swim & Fitness Center

The Rockville Swim and Fitness Center’s outdoor recreation pool, complete with large slide, sprayground and tot pool, will open for the season on Memorial Day weekend, Saturday, May 27.

The outdoor fitness pool will open for preseason swimming in May. Spring’s unpredictable weather means the exact date of the official first day for the fitness pool is still developing.

Plan ahead for your visit. Make sure to check the swim and fitness center’s website at www.rockvillemd.gov/swimcenter for hours and fees. Sign up for the facility’s email newsletter at www.rockvillemd.gov/swimcenter to have updates, including the fitness pool’s opening date, delivered right to your inbox!
