The City of Rockville is one of 20 metropolitan Washington area jurisdictions that will be involved in a test of Wireless Emergency Alerts from 10-11 a.m. Thursday, April 5. Cell phones or mobile devices located in the geo-targeted location will receive a text message that reads:
