The Mayor and Council will hold two public hearings on recommendations from the King Farm Task Force for the future of the 7-acre, historic former farmstead at 1101 Grand Champion Drive. The task force was formed to investigate options for rehabilitation, redevelopment and community use of the historic property.

Work is continuing on a comprehensive renovation and reconfiguration of the Rockville Swim and Fitness Center’s outdoor recreation pool. Improvements are being made to accessibility, amenities will be modernized, and infrastructure will provide new recreational features and pools for swimmers
