A Better Driving Experience at Senior Center

Learn about the latest high-tech safety features in your current or future car from 1-2:30 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 15, at a workshop on vehicle technology. The Smart Driver TEK workshop is developed jointly by AARP Driver Safety and The Hartford, and will be presented by Ken Ow, a driving safety instructor. Register for the course with #10586.

AAA CarFit, 9:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 29, is a quick, comprehensive check of how well you and your vehicle work together. A trained professional will help drivers complete a 12-point checklist. Participants must register for an appointment by calling Betty Figlure at 240-314-8803. The session will be in the senior center’s rear parking lot. Register with course #10643.
